Cyriak is my new favourite thing / person / animator. You may have seen the previous post of mine linking to their clip of teddy bears ravaging traffic in Cycles.
Well here’s something of a retrospective. An amalgam of various surreal clips Cyriak has stitched together from years of animated insanity. It’s pretty terrific.
I particularly enjoy the scene of emoticon harvesting.
Words cannot describe the absurdity of this animation, nor the strange joy I feel watching it… so you’ll just have to watch and experience it for yourself.
